A large building that houses a main stage and several workshop stages along with a few offices a gym and a locker room. It is nothing fancy from the outside, but recently things have changed as the original owners were bought out and there seems to be a small board running it for now as anyone who looks into the city records will find the head of that board is a woman named Catherine Campbell. For those looking to to her they will find she currently resides not in the city but seems to share a name of a once well known dancer from Europe.
A certified letter is sent to the most obvious point of Reaching Marcus or an affiliate of his and it is addressed from the School.

I am Catherine Campbell. I wish to honor an old tradition from the past and cause not issues with my soon to be residence to your city. I humbly wish to introduce myself to you and your court before I take on permanent residance. I am sure with a little research you will be able to learn some about my past and maybe understand my reason for honoring a tradition from the past. Please send back any instructions to the New Babylon School of Ballet. I should be able to get any replies from there either by the time I arrive in your city or before with an associate takeing care of my new holdings there for me.
