Character Bio:
Alonzo was born to an agrarian family on Lorrd, but was raised by his uncle. Barring all normal naming traditions, the man, Ari-Sendat for short, simply called him Alonzo. Alonzo grew up on a small moon in the Outer Rim. His home was nestled among the trees of a jungle and there were no more than 200 people living in the small enclave. Alonzo grew up with few possessions and few desires. The sect didn`t eat meat or synthetic food, nor did they believe in personal possessions. They believed violence was a last resort and that life of all creatures should be preserved at all costs, regardless of species or level of sentience. Because of this, Alonzo is a pacifist and believes in avoiding violence unless necessary.

When Alonzo reached manhood, Ari took him off-world for the first time in his life, returning to Lorrd. Ari left that night, not telling Alonzo the coordinates to the world, but ensuring him that, when he was ready, he`d be able to return to the enclave. Alonzo stayed with his Lorrdian family for a few years, adding to what his uncle taught him about emotion reading and kinetic communication.

Following this stint on Lorrd, Alonzo began to roam the galaxy, learning what he could of where he went.

Aalto Käsi : Alonzo didn`t realize it at the time, but it was home of a small sect of Teräs Käsi practitioners who practiced a more defensive form of the art called Aalto Käsi, or Wave Fist. While strikes were still a factor, the defensive form was designed more around grappling and using an assailant`s body against them to incapacitate opponents. Because of this, the form is less acrobatic than normal Teräs Käsi

In addition to Teräs Käsi, Ari taught Alonzo Kinetic Communication and the Lorrdian body language. Ari used his body-reading ability to his advantage, allowing him to predict where his assailant would attack. Alonzo has begun to pick it up, but nowhere near the level Ari has mastered it.

Personality:
With a strange naivety and a belief that deep down, every individual believes they are doing good, Alonzo is firm in his beliefs and his dislike of violence. In combat, Alonzo tends to allow his opponent the first move to use their body against them.

Alonzo believes that, while actions may not be well intentioned, that every individual is redeemable and, deep down, wishes to do good. Alonzo believes every individual is capable of redemption and change. Despite this, Alonzo is passive and slow to pass judgment against others for their actions. He believes violence is only necessary when another`s life is threatened.

Despite this, when not dealing with others, Alonzo tends to move freely without regard for his own safety, having a tendency to stick his hands where they don`t belong. He`s good at taking orders, but left to his own devices he does not tend to notice other danger around him.
