Static NPCs
SWO's Official Non Player Characters section contains sheets for characters created and manipulated for use by various GMs, as plot devices, etc. Static NPCs are permitted for use as Teachers of various skills or Force powers as long as the PC learning the skill or power has met all the prerequisites for it.
NOTE: These are the ONLY NPCs approved for use as official Teachers when no PC is capable of doing so - or if the storyline suggests that it be the appropriate course of action at the time that a teacher is being assigned and/or approved, by a GM.
