Upon activation, the user creates a physical manifestation of the Force, forming a lattice of brilliant energy strands to ensnare their target. The target may dodge/react as if this were an attack roll.
User subtracts from the targets' DEXTERITY, STRENGTH, ALTER, SENSE, or CONTROL attributes, in any combination of choice, up to their own ALTER attribute, but no more than half of their ALTER per attribute. Targets MOVE is reduced by 1/3rd of the result, rounded down.
Once per round, an ensnared target may attempt to break free of the web via an opposed roll between the targets STRENGTH or ALTER, and the users ALTER. Success frees the target from the Web, and its effects. Struggling against the web counts as an action for that round.
A target may only be affected by one Dark Side Web at a time. Multiple Dark Side Webs do not stack.
