Each round it is active, this power is resisted with Strength, plus Control or Force of Will. The Target receives half the difference in damage, user receives the full difference in health.
The Target is put in extreme pain and must make a willpower check equal to 5 + HP lost or -2D to all rolls during the next round.
At 5D, the user can affect up to two targets at once, plus two additional targets for each D beyond 5D.
