FORCE THROW

FORCE THROW

Time to Use: N/A
Focus: 1 (maintained)
Difficulty: Opposed roll.

For Targets without opposing rolls:
Easy - stationery target; Moderate - target moving in a straight line or target smaller than 1 m in size; Difficult - Target moving in an irregular path or target smaller than 10 cm in size; Modified by proximity and complexity.

Effect:
An advanced form of Telekinesis, Force Throw is used to attack things at range by throwing them, then returning the item to the thrower's hand.

The Jedi must be holding the object they wish to attack with, be it a weapon or an object. This object must be no larger or heavier than a "Medium" class weapon. The target of the attack must be within sight of the user.

Upon activation, the user flings the weapon or object at their target, and rolls the power. The activation roll must beat the Telekinesis DC of the object (see: Telekinesis). If the power fails, the user rolls Thrown Weapons as normal, with no special effects.

If the power succeeds, the activation roll is treated as the Attack roll. If the attack hits, the damage of melee weapons and objects are treated as if the user has a Strength score equal to one half the force user`s ALTER. Upon conclusion of the attack, regardless if it hits or not, the weapon or object immediately returns to the user`s hand, as if it had a telekinetic `rubber band` attached to it.

It is possible to be disarmed when throwing a weapon or object with Force Throw. The opponent may make a counter-attack action (if they would normally be able to)
