Ethan was excited. Wait, that wasn't accurate, he was ecstatic. He had a Master. A MASTER. He never thought he'd ever survive the clutches of the Albion Liberation Front, or whatever that last gang that had him called themselves, let alone start on the path to becoming a Jedi. They can't call themselves anything now. Matthias kicked their nuts up into their throats. Damn tit waffles... Ethan stopped and took a few deep breathes to calm himself. Thinking of that group - or any one that kidnapped children for that matter - was enough to get his blood boiling. Pushing them from his mind, he focused on the here and now, not letting his own anxieties get to him.

Moving through the ship, he went to a location that he had been to many times before - the training area. Callista had wanted him to meet her there, for his first official introduction to her teachings as her Padawan. He hoped he was dressed correctly. He had a simple dark green and tan robes on, along with his satchel that he had the Holocron of Master Khavar inside of. He wanted to put it someplace safe, but at the same time he didn't want to let it out of his sight. He would worry too much if it wasn't someplace safe and secure. So for now, it was with him. Maybe Callista could put it with the other Holocrons the group possessed? He'd ask her first chance he got.

Finally arriving at the training area, he saw it was pretty well deserted for this time of the day. Most of the crew was weary from the combat action the past few weeks and was taking whatever time they could for some R&R. Thinking of the combat made him think of the trouble down on Albion Prime that almost cost him the closest thing he had to a father figure, Matthias Jayne, along with his closest friend, Raine. He had visited Captain Jayne whilst he was recovering in the medbay along side Cal and Raine. She had done something amazing from what he was told. She had almost killed herself trying to heal Matthias from wounds taken after the building he was on the roof of collapsed. She had no only tried, but succeeded. And Cal helped too, helping to stabilize the Captain. He had vowed to himself then and there that he would become as strong and confident as Raine was. He could help lots of people then.

Taking in the relative calm in the training area, he sat down in one corner, away from the main parts of the area. Folding his feet up underneath him, he sat down and closed his eyes. Taking several long, cleansing breaths, he began to meditate on the Force and how it had guided him this far. He'd sit there and meditate, waiting for his Master to arrive.
