NOTICE CHAT | SPEECH COLOR CODES

Here is a list of available color names along with their hex codes. Some of these have already been reserved, so please choose those that have no names marked beside them in square brackets. After a series of squares, you will see two types of code: HEX code (prefaced by #) and Red-Green-Blue coide (prefaced by rgb).

The Hex Code is what you would use to color your speech in RP FORUM THREADS, when you click the teardrop icon in the rich text editor (top of every post). This has to be put in each and every time, as the forum will not memorize or keep it saved.

The rgb code is used in the RP chat exclusively, and is inputed by entering the rgb code in your individual chat SETTINGS (triple cogwheel icon). After you input the rgb code you have to click UPDATE or the chat won't save or remember it.

Please remember: using color coded speech is entirely OPTIONAL. It does however, help the GM see your speech in live SIM, and if your speech and action are blending in together, things may become overlooked or misunderstood. It is up to the player to offer this common courtesy to the reader. At the same time, making things more difficult on the reader or GM may have its own common sense repercussions.

Once you have chosen your color, please copy the entire line (COLOR-CODED, so I don't have to go back and fix it for you), with your character name preceding it.
